Bishé appeared in a 2006 production of Eugene O'Neill's The Hairy Ape and also appeared in the Roundabout revival of George Bernard Shaw's Pygmalion in the same year.

In 2007, Bishé made her screen debut portraying Sarah Rosen in The Half-Life of Mason Lake, a low-budget production.
