Ahmed Isah, Suspends Crowdfunding For ASUU

Ahmed Isah, commonly known as the “Ordinary President” on Human Rights Radio in Abuja, has terminated the “Brekete-ASUU intervention fundraising effort.”

He stated that the accounts will be cancelled and the funds refunded to donors.

Isah began the campaign on Berekete Family, a prominent human rights radio show, with the goal of raising over N18billion for the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) in two weeks.

This was disclosed by Isah on Saturday while hosting Prof. Emmanuel Osodeke and the ASUU delegation.

The suspension resulted from Osodeke’s stance that the union would dissociate itself from the campaign and its name should be deleted.
