ASUU STRIKE: UNILORIN STUDENTS PLAN MASSIVE PROTEST

The SUG president of the institution, Taofik Waliu Opeyemi via his twitter handle @akaOMOLUABI announced the move even as he urged students to turn up with their identity cards.

He tweeted As plans to organize a protest to #EndASUUStrike continues from the end of the Student Union, University of Ilorin, remember that your ID card must be on your neck. It is a prerequisite for your participation in this noble cause!

It's certainly a good thing that students are beginning to rise up against this injustice.

The aforementioned protest is to start tentatively on Monday, 9th May 2022.
