A leader is a person who provides direction through the process of vision, planning, organizing, executing and administering towards the attainment of a
worthy cause or the realization of a set goal. Priority decides focus, focus decides where energy goes and that decides the result we get.
People are the primary priority of leadership. People are the goal and my priority, but you will have to lead them through a process which is the vision. The vision is not the goal but people to lead.

A leader must be full of virtues; must be a morally desired individual. Must be responsible, committed, humble, compassionate, trustworthy, friendly and ready to sacrifice.
A good leader must possess good leadership skills. Must be observant, have a good relationship and communication skills, be thoughtful and self-questioning, must have the ability to challenge new ideas and create new ones and most of all ability to deliver on time, time management must be top-notch.
Some other virtues that enhance a leader are; the ability to relate with different types of people based on their temperament, the attraction also is an edge who is beautiful and handsome and financial independence will go a long way
All managers are not leaders but all great leaders are managers, a leader must have the ability to manage efficiently and above all, a leader must not be self-centred.
