A prominent Nollywood actor and producer go by the name Murphy Afolabi declared dead after fallen down from his bathroom and hit his head on the floor.
The death of the Yoruba actor was announced by a well-known director and producer of the industry, Ola Yusuff who took to his Facebook page to announce the death on Sunday afternoon.
