Alicia Sacramone whose full name is Alicia Marie Sacramone Quinn is a retired American gymnast.
She won a silver medal with the United States team in the 2008 Summer Olympics and earned the titles of World Champion in floor exercise in 2005 and vault in 2010.
She has a total of eleven medals from World Championships and the Olympics, making her the fourth most decorated female gymnast in the United States, after Simone Biles, Shannon Miller, and Nastia Liukin.
She graduated from Winchester High School in 2006.
