Fantasia Monique Barrino Husband and Children

In the past, Fantasia Barrino was romantically involved with Michael Clayton, a former NFL player who played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. However, in August 2010, Barrino was accused of being involved in a year-long extramarital relationship with Antwaun Cook, who was married at the time. This led to legal issues surrounding alienation of affection laws in North Carolina. Barrino argued that she and Cook only started dating after he had separated from his wife. Eventually, in December 2010, a North Carolina judge ruled in favor of Barrino, stating that the Cooks had separated on September 14, 2009, rather than June 2010 as claimed by Paula, Cook's wife.

In August 2010, Barrino was hospitalized in Pineville, North Carolina, after overdosing on aspirin and an unknown sleep aid. However, in December 2011, she gave birth to a son.

Later, on July 18, 2015, Barrino married Kendall Taylor, a businessman. However, in 2019, she received backlash after stating on The Breakfast Club radio show that women should not lead their household and that many women are single because they try to be the leader of a relationship, a role that should be taken by men. She referred to this as a generational curse and advised women to submit to their male partners.

In November 2020, Barrino announced that she was expecting her first child with Kendall Taylor, and in May 2021, she gave birth to a daughter.
