Jessica Lowndes, a Canadian actress, and singer gained recognition for portraying Adrianna Tate-Duncan in the teen drama series 90210 on The CW.

She also starred in multiple movies on the Hallmark Channel and co-produced the 2020 Lifetime Channel film Too Close for Christmas with Chad Michael Murray.

Lowndes discovered her passion for acting and singing at a young age and even produced her own music early on. During her senior year, she worked on a project for Showtime, and at just 16, with the encouragement of her parents, she made the move to Los Angeles to kickstart her career.

At the age of 16, Jessica Lowndes made her acting debut as Andrea Kondracke in the 2005 television film Saving Milly. This was followed by a guest appearance on an episode of Masters of Horror, and a recurring role as Becky in the sitcom Alice, I Think.

Lowndes also appeared as a guest on Kyle XY and landed a supporting role in the Lifetime movie To Have and to Hold in the same year. However, the pilot for the series Pretty/Handsome, in which she was cast in 2007, did not get picked up.

In 2008, Lowndes appeared in Autopsy and The Haunting of Molly Hartley, and also had a recurring role as Mandi in the television drama series Greek.

In the pilot episode of TV series 90210, Lowndes made her musical debut by singing "Mama Who Bore Me" from Spring Awakening in the school's musical. In the 2009 episode "Women's Intuition", she sang "Jolene" for a rock band audition, and later acted as the lead female vocalist in "The Glorious Steinem"'s band, singing several other songs.

Lowndes performed "One More Time" (feat. Diego Boneta) in the 90210 episode "Meet the Parent". Her single "Fool" was featured and sung by her character during season 4's "Benefit of the Doubt".
