Alongside her acting career, Lee has also gained recognition for her appearances in numerous commercials.

Lee Na-young embarked on her modelling journey through a Jambangee Jeans TV commercial in 1998, marking her debut in the entertainment industry. The same year, she took her first steps into acting. Initially, Lee took on supporting roles in television dramas such as Did We Love? (1999), KAIST, and Queen (both in 1999).
