Paulina Susana Rubio Dosamantes is a Mexican singer and songwriter who has been referred to as The Golden Girl and Queen of Latin Pop.
She first gained recognition as a member of the popular pop group Timbiriche from 1982 to 1991 before embarking on a successful solo career. With over 15 million records sold, Rubio is considered to be one of the best-selling Latin music artists of all time.
