In 2016, Karamo returned to reality TV on TV One's The Next 15 alongside five other reality stars. He also worked as a contributing host on HLN's Dr. Drew On Call, on YouTube's The Young Turks, as a host and producer of HuffPost Live for Huffington Post, and as a recurring guest host of Access Hollywood Live. Additionally, Karamo became a host and segment producer for the Own Show in 2014.
