Additionally, he showcased his talent in the television comedy series Spaced (1999–2001) and the film Attack the Block (2011), directed by Joe Cornish.

One of Frost's significant collaborations was with his close friend and frequent partner, Simon Pegg. They co-wrote and co-starred in the 2011 film “Paul.”
