Christine Anne McVie, born Christine Perfect on July 12, 1943, was a British musician, singer, and songwriter famous for being the keyboardist and one of the vocalists of Fleetwood Mac.

She started her career as a member of several bands, including Chicken Shack, during the mid-1960s British Blues scene. McVie joined Fleetwood Mac in 1968 as a session player and later became a full-time member in 1970.

She wrote songs and performed lead vocals for the band, including eight of their biggest hits, such as "Don't Stop," "Everywhere," and "Little Lies," which appeared on their 1988 Greatest Hits album.

McVie's contributions to Fleetwood Mac's success earned her numerous awards and accolades, including induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Brit Award for Outstanding Contribution to Music.
