Don Jazzy is a renowned Nigerian record producer who founded and currently serves as the CEO of Mavin Records.
He was previously a co-owner of the now-defunct Mo' Hits Records record label alongside D'banj and also served as its CEO after its establishment in 2004. Jazzy signed D'banj and produced his album No Long Thing in 2005, and has since produced tracks for numerous artists including Dr. SID, D'Prince, Wande Coal, Naeto C, Darey, Sauce Kid, Tiwa Savage, and Ikechukwu.
In addition, Jazzy collaborated with Kanye West and Jay-Z for the album Watch the Throne in 2011. He has won several awards such as Producer of the Year at the 2006 Nigerian Music Awards and Music Producer of the Year at the 2007 Nigerian Entertainment Awards.
Forbes rated him as the 36th most powerful celebrity in Africa, and he was also featured in Samsung's Built for Africa products for an Afro-Pop home theater.

Don Jazzy parents are Collins Enebeli Ajereh and Mrs. Ajereh. His father is from Isoko in Delta State. His mother is an Igbo princess from Abia state and his father is a member of the Isoko people.
Ajereh's family moved to Ajegunle, Lagos, where Don Jazzy was raised.
Mo' Hits records and GOOD music
Don Jazzy teamed up with D'Banj in 2004 to establish Mo' Hits Records.
Within two years, he produced No Long Thing and Rundown/Funk You Up albums and introduced his signature catchphrase, It's Don Jazzy Again! In 2008, he contributed to the production of The Entertainer by D'Banj and Wande Coal's Mushin 2 MoHits, which was highly acclaimed.
In 2011, Don Jazzy became a producer at Very Good Beatz under Kanye West and worked with Jay-Z and Kanye West on the production of Lift Off, featuring Beyoncé on the album Watch The Throne, which was released on 8 August 2011.

Don Jazzy, on May 7th, 2012, unveiled Mavin Records as his new label, with a vision to become Africa's leading music powerhouse in record time. The following day, an album featuring Mavin Records' signed artists, including Tiwa Savage, was released with tracks such as Amarachi, Forever, Oma Ga, Take Banana and Chocolate, YOLO, and the I'm a MAVIN anthem. Don Jazzy also developed a social media platform called Marvin League to complement and promote his label.
However, on November 5th, 2013, Don Jazzy had a disagreement with Wande Coal, resulting in the artist leaving the label two days later. In September 2014, Don Jazzy produced Arise, a Nigerian social activist song featuring Reekado Banks and Di'Ja.
At the 2015 Headies Awards, Don Jazzy had an argument with Olamide over who deserved the Next Rated award, which Reekado Banks, a Mavin Records artist, won. The incident was later resolved with apologies from both parties.
Despite Reekado Banks' departure from the label, Don Jazzy wished him the best in his career and still considers him part of the Mavin Records family. Don Jazzy went on to sign Rema in 2019, Ayra Starr in 2020, and Magixx in 2021.
On April 7th, 2021, Don Jazzy revealed why he never signed Davido to his label.
