Terrence Jenkins, known for his work as an actor, television presenter, model, and entertainment reporter, gained popularity as the host of BET's music video countdown show, 106 & Park, from 2006 to 2012.

From 2012 to 2015, he also served as the co-anchor of E! News. Jenkins attended Northern Nash High in Rocky Mount and worked as a DJ at WRSV Soul 92.1 until his high school graduation.

He pursued his college education at North Carolina A&T State University, where he was actively involved as the Student Government Association President and a DJ for the university's radio station, WNAA.

He was also associated with local radio station 102 Jamz in Greensboro. Jenkins is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi fraternity, and he was initiated into the Mu Psi chapter at North Carolina A&T State University in the spring of 2004.

Jenkins and Rocsi won the BET New Faces Contest on July 6, 2006, becoming the hosts of BET's popular hip hop/R&B music video TV program 106 & Park, which was the network's highest-rated show at the time.

They hosted the show for six years before announcing their departure in 2012. Jenkins returned for the finale special, The Final Act, in December 2014, alongside former and current hosts such as A.J. Calloway and Bow Wow. He also co-hosted BET's radio show, 106 & Park Weekend Countdown.

Jenkins made appearances in several films, including The Heart Specialist (2006), Stomp the Yard: Homecoming (2010), and Burlesque (2010), where he portrayed DJ Dave. He also had a recurring role on the BET comedy-drama television series The Game in 2011 and appeared on E!'s reality TV series Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami in 2009. Jenkins became the co-anchor of E! News on September 4, 2012, replacing Ryan Seacrest.
